Responsibilities Of The Accounting Specialist
- Process payroll for hourly employees, including gratuity allocations.
- Prepare payroll‑related journal entries and assist with reconciliation.
- Generate billing statements and reconcile charges.
- Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve billing inquiries.
- Assist with HR record‑keeping.
- Provide backup support to Accounts Payable when needed.
- Assist with accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations and audit preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- 3 years of accounting, payroll, and billing experience — hospitality experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable and effective working within a small, collaborative accounting team.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
