- Support annual audits and 990 preparation
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, preferably in a nonprofit setting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and nonprofit accounting principles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with grant tracking and restricted funds
- Familiarity with donor management systems
