We're partnering with a stable, mission-driven organization seeking an Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, reporting, and financial compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys variety, collaboration, and broad exposure across multiple areas of accounting.

What You'll Do

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and month-end reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliations, cash management activities, and general ledger maintenance.
• Support grant accounting, fixed assets, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
• Assist with audit preparation, compliance reporting, and special projects.
• Partner with internal stakeholders by providing accounting support, training, and financial systems assistance.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounting or ERP systems.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Government, public sector, nonprofit, or grant accounting experience.
• Experience supporting audits, fixed assets, or multi-fund accounting environments.
