- Develop sales plans, budgets, and forecasts and track results against targets with clear reporting.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and personally engage on strategic opportunities and key negotiations.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to refine territory strategies and expand the customer base.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 20 years of sales experience with at least 5 years managing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to set strategy, execute plans, and achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Strong knowledge of target markets, customer needs, and effective territory management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and comfort preparing executive level reports.
- Excellent leadership and people development skills with a focus on accountability and results.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities with a service oriented mindset.
- Data driven approach with the ability to evaluate profitability, pipeline health, and performance metrics.
