- Review and analyze financial statements and management reports and provide clear explanations of results.
- Support budgeting activities and assist with month end close including preparation of journal entries and reconciliations.
- Build financial projections and develop models that inform planning and decision making.
- Perform research and variance analysis and assist leaders with projects and requests as needed.
- Help implement new systems and tools and ensure work follows policies guidelines and applicable regulations.
- A Bachelor degree in finance accounting or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning analysis and modeling.
- Understand GAAP general ledger structure and reconciliation practices and apply them with accuracy.
- Use Microsoft Office confidently with advanced skill in Excel for complex spreadsheets.
- Work effectively under short periods of pressure while maintaining discretion confidentiality and organized contract files.
- Work confidently in MS Dynamics Business Central and use tools such as SQL Power BI and Jet Reports to support analysis.
- Assist with purchasing reviews and rebate analysis and prepare clear summaries for stakeholders.
- Collaborate well with teammates communicate findings in a clear manner and present to varied audiences.
- Learn key business drivers quickly and translate insights into practical recommendations.
- Use business tools such as Teams Concur and similar platforms as needed and complete other assigned duties with professionalism.
