- Lead financial planning and reporting by guiding monthly close reviews profit and loss analysis and key metric tracking.
- Develop targets multi year projections and aligned goals in partnership with business leaders across functions.
- Analyze opportunities for growth prepare business cases and provide recommendations that support data driven decisions.
- Improve planning and reporting processes by enhancing tools dashboards and workflows that increase speed and accuracy.
- Create management reports and commentaries for monthly quarterly and yearly results and present insights to senior leadership.
- A Bachelor degree in finance accounting or a related field with a master degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis and at least two years in a people leadership role.
- Demonstrate strong skills in budgeting forecasting variance analysis and financial modeling.
- Use Microsoft Office with advanced ability in Excel and work confidently with accounting and database software.
- Communicate clearly build partnerships across departments and maintain confidentiality and professional judgment.
- Lead a team by hiring training setting expectations and managing performance in line with company policies.
- Support short and long range planning including cash flow statements special analyses and ad hoc projects for executives.
- Understand core business drivers and legacy data sources and convert detailed information into clear insights.
- Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes increasing automation and elevating report quality.
- Manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and uphold high standards for accuracy quality and accountability.
