Job Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month end, quarter end, and year end close activities to ensure accurate and timely financial results.
- Manage audit preparation, compliance initiatives, and financial governance processes while maintaining strong internal controls.
- Lead treasury and cash management activities, including liquidity monitoring, banking relationships, and cash flow oversight.
- Partner with finance, operations, technology, and executive leadership teams to improve reporting quality and support strategic business initiatives.
- Drive process improvement, automation, system optimization, and organizational growth initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting operations.
- Prior experience managing audits, financial close processes, treasury functions, and compliance activities.
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Previous experience within management services organization, or multi entity accounting experience.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities with the capacity to manage complex financial matters.
- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring teams, supporting workforce development, and fostering accountability.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead process improvements, automation initiatives, and cross functional collaborations.
