- Develop reporting tools dashboards and performance metrics that improve visibility into operational and financial outcomes.
- Partner with operational teams to monitor project economics identify risks and improve financial performance.
- Drive process improvements automation initiatives and reporting enhancements that increase efficiency and data accuracy.
- A Bachelor degree in finance accounting engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in financial planning operational finance project finance or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in financial modeling forecasting budgeting and variance analysis.
- Possess experience with project costing financial controls operational reporting and performance measurement.
- Maintain advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with financial systems and large datasets.
- Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate project performance and financial results.
- Communicate effectively with executives operational leaders and cross functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to influence business decisions and collaborate across departments without direct authority.
