This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through final completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead the overall execution of ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, buyout, contracts, change orders, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Superintendent and subcontractors.
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, owners, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and provide detailed project updates.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
- Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while supporting their professional development.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
- Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily projects valued between $30M and $100M .
- Experience with wood-frame, podium, wrap, garden-style, or mixed-use multifamily construction preferred.
Required Skills
- Project management expertise in multifamily construction.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with various multifamily construction types.
