Position Overview – Project Manager (Multifamily)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of ground-up multifamily construction projects, including podium, wrap, and wood-frame developments. This role is responsible for managing cost, schedule, contracts, and coordination from preconstruction through closeout while partnering closely with field leadership to ensure successful project execution
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Exec
- Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution p
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and company standard
Financial Management & Cost Construction
- Own project financial performance including budgeting, GMPs, forecasting, and cost report
- Manage change orders, cost impacts, and owner billing
- Lead subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, and contract execute
Subcontractor & Consultant Coordination
- Manage subcontractor contracts, performance, and pay application
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design and constructability issues
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, and material procurement schedule
Schedule, Quality & Cl
- Partner closely with the Superintendent to maintain schedule
- Monitor quality control and address deficiencies
- Lead project closeout, including punch list completion, documentation, and warranty turnover
Qualification
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager on ground-up multi-family
- Proven experience with podium, wrap, or wood-frame construction
- Strong understanding of contracts, cost control
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
