Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a Claims Recovery Manager. This in-office position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a national recovery team that is physically based in one of our recovery offices (Fort Collins, CO; Denver, CO or Charlotte, NC).

Job Summary
Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a Claims Recovery Manager. This in-office position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a national recovery team that is physically based in one of our recovery offices (Fort Collins, CO; Denver, CO or Charlotte, NC).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive recovery team accountability for recovery performance, liquidation improvement, and productivity
- Oversee and effectively manage a staff of claims supervisors and recovery specialists across three offices across the country
- Manage performance metrics on an hourly, daily, and monthly level to ensure unit goals are reached.
- Use metrics and statistics to analyze trending and performance, and develop and maintain KPI’s for both sustainability and departmental growth
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Be a motivating presence in a dynamic and fast-paced commission-based environment
- Manage a wide variety of personalities with a customary tailored approach that is unique to the agent(s) at hand
- Work with the claims director and the field management team to implement strategic initiatives and maintain pace with industry standards and expectations
- Conduct account audits, queue analysis and communicate results to supervisors and team members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction
- Facilitate settlement and escalation requests from recovery team with clients and third-party business partners, and interpret data and results to clients in regularly scheduled client meetings
- Ensure operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, and promptly escalate material risks, incidents, or compliance issues to the director
- Collaborate regularly with other branches within the OPD department to resolve complex issues and streamline processes with the shared goal of departmental growth
- Help train and develop new recovery agents, supervisors and other staff members of the OPD Recovery Team
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on collections activities, performance, and areas for improvement
- Facilitate scheduling to ensure proper coverage
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
- 3 years of experience required in leadership/management role
- 5 years previous industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must pass pre-employment screening
- Ability to travel
- Ability to work varied days and hours
- Previous experience in recovery, collections, construction, insurance or finance industry
- Possess the ability to handle a high stress environment
- Experience with risk management and compliance
- Strong personality with natural leadership skills
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Forward thinking managerial skills with an ability to identify potential issues ahead of time and collaborate with peers to minimize damage points
- Calm temperament in a fast-paced environment and the ability to view the big picture and navigate complex situations logically with an analytical eye
- Superlative organizational and planning skills
- Maintain a positive and professional image when representing the company at all times with an unquestioned level of integrity
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with other teams throughout the line of business and organization
