The Chief Enterprise Architect is the senior IT leader responsible for translating enterprise strategy into clear, executable technology and business outcomes. In this role, you will:
- Lead and mature the enterprise architecture community, establishing principles, standards, and governance.
- Translate enterprise strategy into target operating models, capability roadmaps, and sequenced technology evolution plans.
- Maintain and annually refresh the enterprise ProcessIT Landscape and rolling 5year Target State Architecture.
- Drive simplification, modernization, and reduction of architectural complexity and technical debt.
- Ensure alignment across business capabilities, value streams, product portfolios, platforms, and technology standards.
- Govern technology selections, solution designs, and innovation experiments through the Technical Assessment Council (TAC).
- Assess architectural health, guide modernization priorities, and champion CMDB accuracy.
- Partner with CIO, business leaders, Finance, Strategy, and Transformation to ensure technology decisions maximize enterprise leverage and minimize cost.
- A seasoned architecture and strategy executive with 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and largescale business transformation.
- You think in systems, influence at the executive level, and balance long term architectural integrity with near term delivery.
- You’re commercially grounded, outcome driven, and skilled at aligning business and technology leaders around a coherent future state vision.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 15 years in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or business transformation
- Proven track record delivering multiyear architecture and technology evolution roadmaps
- Experience influencing senior executives and leading global architecture communities
- Expertise in cloud, SaaS, platforms, data, AI, and technology trend evaluation
- Exceptional executive communication and facilitation skills
