We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) capabilities for a consumer goods organization. This role oversees planning, build, rollout, adoption, and value realization for trade promotion processes and systems.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce TPM or Consumer Goods Cloud TPM.
- Deliver core TPM capabilities:
- Trade fund management & budgeting
- Promotion planning & approval workflows
- Account & volume planning
- Claims, deductions, and settlement
- Trade analytics & reporting
- Trade fund management & budgeting
- Promotion planning & approval workflows
- Account & volume planning
- Claims, deductions, and settlement
- Trade analytics & reporting
- Own project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
- Align cross-functional teams across Sales, Trade, Finance, and IT.
- Facilitate governance, decision-making, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with change management to drive adoption and business readiness.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable business outcomes.
- 5–8 years managing enterprise-scale projects.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce TPM or Consumer Goods Cloud TPM.
- Strong understanding of trade promotion processes and financial flows.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in CPG or retail.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
