We are hiring a Project Manager to lead Salesforce Retail Sales Execution (RSE/REX) initiatives that enable field sales teams with tools, processes, and data to improve in-store execution and performance.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – Retail Execution (CGRX).
- Implement key REX capabilities:
- Visit planning & route optimization
- Mobile field execution (online/offline)
- Store audits, surveys, image capture
- Planogram compliance & shelf execution
- Order capture & pricing execution
- Territory & account management
- Perfect Store scorecards & performance reporting
- Visit planning & route optimization
- Mobile field execution (online/offline)
- Store audits, surveys, image capture
- Planogram compliance & shelf execution
- Order capture & pricing execution
- Territory & account management
- Perfect Store scorecards & performance reporting
- Manage pilots, deployments, and field adoption.
- Ensure integration with TPM, master data, and analytics systems.
- Align stakeholders across Sales, Field Operations, and IT.
- Establish KPIs tied to execution quality, compliance, and ROI.
- 5–8 years managing enterprise sales or field execution projects.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Retail Execution / CGRX.
- Strong understanding of field sales processes in CPG or retail.
- Experience with mobile deployments and field adoption.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Perfect Store frameworks and retail KPIs.
- Exposure to TPM and trade-to-field integration.
- Multi-market rollout experience.
