We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) capabilities for a consumer goods organization. This role oversees planning, build, rollout, adoption, and value realization for trade promotion processes and systems.

In this role, you will: 

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce TPM or Consumer Goods Cloud TPM.
• Deliver core TPM capabilities:
  • Trade fund management & budgeting
  • Promotion planning & approval workflows
  • Account & volume planning
  • Claims, deductions, and settlement
  • Trade analytics & reporting
• Own project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Align cross-functional teams across Sales, Trade, Finance, and IT.
• Facilitate governance, decision-making, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with change management to drive adoption and business readiness.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable business outcomes.

Who You Are: 

• 5–8 years managing enterprise-scale projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce TPM or Consumer Goods Cloud TPM.
• Strong understanding of trade promotion processes and financial flows.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in CPG or retail.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
