We are seeking a Project Manager to lead Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) initiatives that improve promotional effectiveness, ROI, and decision-making through analytics, modeling, and forecasting. This role bridges commercial teams with data and analytics functions.

In this role, you will:
Lead delivery of TPO capabilities, including:
- Promotion optimization & scenario planning
- Price/promo elasticity modeling
- Trade ROI & lift analysis
- Forecasting & demand planning integration
- Translate business needs into analytical and system requirements.
- Coordinate across Sales, RGM, Data Science, and IT.
- Manage integration between TPM systems and optimization/forecasting tools.
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across commercial teams.
- Define KPIs and track value realization (revenue, margin, ROI).
- Manage vendors, analytics partners, and internal data teams.
- 5–8 years of project management experience in analytics, data, or commercial transformation.
- Experience with TPM, forecasting, or revenue growth management.
- Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making in commercial functions.
- Experience leading cross-functional business analytics teams.
- Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into business terms.
- Experience with TPO or pricing/optimization tools.
- Background in CPG, retail, or consumer goods.
- Familiarity with forecasting, demand planning, or advanced analytics workflows.
- Exposure to TPM → TPO integration.
