We are seeking a Chief Enterprise Architect (CEA) to lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and architecture. This role will partner with executive leadership to translate business strategy into scalable, future-ready technology solutions while driving simplification, cost optimization, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy & 5-year technology roadmaps
- Align business capabilities, platforms, and IT strategy
- Lead architecture governance, standards, and solution design reviews
- Drive digital transformation, modernization, and cloud adoption (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- Reduce technical debt, complexity, and IT operating costs
- Partner with CIO and business leaders to prioritize technology investments
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (AI, data platforms, SaaS)
- 15 years in Enterprise Architecture / IT Strategy / Digital Transformation
- Strong experience in cloud, platforms, data, and large-scale systems
- Expertise in architecture governance, roadmaps, and target state design
- Proven leadership in enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Excellent executive communication & stakeholder management
- TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks
- Experience working with CIO/Executive leadership
- Background in multi-domain architecture (business, data, application, technology)
