This job performs general clerical support for the Evaluations office. The incumbent processes and tracks evaluation requests and prepares student files for evaluation.
Minimum Required Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum Required Experience
Four years wage earning clerical experience, or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school (30 college credits) and one-year wage earning clerical experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Other Information
Work overtime as needed.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including MS Word, Access, and Excel;
- Demonstrated data entry and word processing skills with a high degree of accuracy;
- Ability to interact effectively with students and with all levels of employees;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information;
- Ability to adhere to specific procedures;
- Ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines; Ability to work without extensive supervision.
