Our financial client is looking for a Product Analyst to join their Customer Acquisition Experiences team. As Product Analyst you will be integral to the delivery of exciting customer experiences, and you will support the end-to-end product life cycle. You are responsible for partnering with your development team(s) across all scrum activities, maintaining a health backlog and end to end test planning and execution. You will assist in guiding the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

You will assist in guiding the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with maintaining and developing a healthy product backlog.
- Works with engineering, product and partner teams to plan QA testing including test conditioning and proactive environment health checks.
- Shares strategy, roadmap, progress, and insights broadly and systematically.
- Crafts the narrative and cadence for different partner and stakeholder audiences.
- 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field of study, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to manage and implement test plan for new products and features including story refinement/creation, define acceptance criteria, test case creation, manage test data creation, run test plan end to end and report out on.
- A customer obsessed individual with the ability to build and maintain good, productive relationships with engineers and technical partners, and an ability to translate customer needs into clear product delivery or technical requirements.
- Experience working in financial services, acquisition, digital products, online and mobile platforms, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once, all while maintaining a relentless attention to detail.
- Experience evaluating complex business problems, data analysis and devising recommendations.
