Program Manager

Compensation Range: $53 - 58 per hour

We are seeking a Senior Director to serve as the primary architect of our enterprise-wide initiatives. In this high-visibility role, you will bridge the gap between strategic ideation and global implementation, setting the vision for complex, cross-functional programs in direct partnership with the executive leadership team.

You will lead a team of senior project managers to drive digital transformation and AI-driven innovation, ensuring every product lifecycle aligns with our long-term revenue drivers. As a key spokesperson and mentor, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management. Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight to cross-functional programs and projects from strategic ideation through successful implementation.
• Set the vision and define high-level objectives, deliverables, scope, and timelines in close collaboration with the executive leadership team.
• Lead and mentor senior project managers to ensure risk is proactively managed and project status is communicated effectively at the executive level.
• Oversee product lifecycle & implementation of enhancements, ensuring product strategies and iterations align with overall business goals.
• Drive synergy between product delivery initiative and overarching corporate strategy, including digital transformation and AI-driven innovation.
• Articulate clear, long-term business strategies and milestones that tie directly to core business revenue drivers and market evolution.
• Establish and nurture high-level relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
• Serve as the spokesperson for critical projects, delivering regular updates and strategic briefings to leadership.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, aligning project management methodologies with best practices across the organization.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in program or project management, with significant exposure to end-to-end product delivery in complex, high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting in-depth business analysis and translating strategic business objectives into actionable plans.
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills with an ability to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Extensive experience with marketing operations, MarTech solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency with modern project management tools and agile methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project).
• Experience with digital marketing automation and analytics platform tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Knowledge of emerging AI and automation trends coupled with practical experience in innovation pipeline management.
• Proven track record of managing complex, strategic initiatives that align with corporate objectives and deliver measurable business results.
