Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Owner in managing the full product lifecycle
- Define and document product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Stay informed on industry trends to guide the product roadmap
- Identify product dependencies and cross-functional impacts
- Serve as Product Owner proxy when needed
- Coordinate and execute UAT with a customer-first mindset
- Train internal teams on new features and updates
- Manage third-party tools to enhance product capabilities
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze results
- Prepare data and support the Development Team during builds
- Address requirement questions and analyze support trends
- Help maintain platform stability through on-call rotations and defect triage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong Agile user story and acceptance criteria skills
- eCommerce/digital experience (retail preferred)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of Agile processes
