What You'll Do
- Partner with Lead Product Owners to translate high-level initiatives into well-defined epics and user stories.
- Maintain and organize Jira boards, ensuring stories include clear acceptance criteria and are ready for sprint planning.
- Assist in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Help coordinate cross-functional dependencies and communicate delivery risks.
- Gather and synthesize stakeholder requirements.
- Conduct discovery by combining qualitative and quantitative inputs.
- Document functional requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure product documentation remains current and accessible.
- Analyze user data to understand product behavior and performance.
- Define and track key product metrics.
- Build dashboards to provide visibility into product health and delivery KPIs.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Monitor user flows and verify data integrity to support data-informed product decisions.
YOUR LOCATION

Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience delivering high quality software.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, comprehensive, and 'execution-ready' user stories and acceptance criteria.
- First hand experience with data driven product development.
- Highly collaborative and you thrive working in cross-functional teams.
- A drive to learn more, ask questions, and take ownership of problems in a growth organization.
- Strong proficiency in SQL-based reporting and dashboarding.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Hex, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Experience supporting sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and statistical reasoning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly collaborative with a bias toward ownership and problem-solving.
- Must be able to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time, (up to 8 hours per day) at a desk working on a computer.
- Must be able to use standard office equipment for extended periods of time, including but not limited to, a mouse, keyboard, phone and video conferencing.
