Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and sales goals.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital, print, website content, social media, email campaigns, and CRM tools.
- Ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality, on-brand marketing collateral.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; adjust strategies based on insights and data.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to initiate and develop strategic marketing campaigns.
- Manage a focused portfolio of campaigns and activities, ensuring prioritization and effective resource allocation.
- Drive innovation by applying fresh, creative thinking and best practices to all marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline and a minimum of 7 years experience in the marketing field developing marketing plans/campaigns and designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Goal-oriented and proactive, with a strategic mindset and strong initiative
- Highly organized and adaptable; excels in project management and managing multiple shifting priorities.
- Experienced in working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organization.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and takes full ownership in leading Seller Support initiatives.
- Skilled in using advanced analytics, campaign data, and sales metrics to set priorities, drive performance, and measure effectiveness.
