Responsibilities
- Support large-scale programs using Primavera P6, working with key stakeholders to develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded schedules and integrated master schedules
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, including resource and cost loading
- Support Earned Value Management (EVMS) reporting and project controls functions
- Analyze and report on project progress, performance, and manpower requirements
- Assist technical teams with schedule analysis and accurate reporting of program-level and construction activities
- Identify and communicate critical path impacts and schedule risks in a timely manner
- Support workflow planning and analysis to improve project execution
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between schedule, scope, and execution
- Perform additional project controls and scheduling support tasks as required
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Project Scheduler using Primavera P6
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including integration with project scheduling tools
- Experience supporting or working with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Experience with resource and cost-loaded scheduling and reporting
- Strong understanding of work planning and workflow analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
