CEIS Power is seeking a Maintenance Helper with 6 months of experience supporting facility or equipment maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment. This position is on a contract-to-hire basis and our client, an industrial manufacturing and service company, is looking for a motivated individual to join their fast-paced growing team.

Responsibilities
- Assist with general facility and equipment maintenance activities
- Perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting under the direction of maintenance personnel
- Replace filters, hoses, belts, and other routine maintenance components
- Use basic hand tools to complete preventative maintenance and repair tasks
- Lubricate machinery and assist with routine equipment servicing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and work environment
- Support maintenance technicians with repairs, inspections, and equipment upkeep
- Follow company safety procedures and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Minimum 6 months of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools
- Experience performing preventative maintenance or general equipment repairs
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Must provide own PPE and basic hand tools
- Electrical maintenance or troubleshooting experience
- Experience servicing industrial equipment or manufacturing machinery
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs
