CEIS is seeking an experienced Safety Professional to support a large-scale data center construction project in the Texas Panhandle. This role is highly field-focused and will support daily safety operations, ensuring compliance, hazard mitigation, and a strong, proactive safety culture across a dynamic construction environment.
Due to the remote nature of the site, candidates must be prepared for on-site project living accommodations during the initial phase of the project.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily field safety oversight across active construction work areas
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to identify and mitigate risk
- Lead and support daily toolbox talks, pre-task planning, and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, site-specific safety requirements, and company policies
- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Monitor high-risk activities including energized work, work at heights, heavy equipment operations, and confined space entry
- Partner with superintendents, subcontractors, and project leadership to reinforce safe work practices
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Promote a strong safety culture through visible field presence and real-time coaching
- Active CHST certification (required)
- Proven experience supporting data center construction projects (required)
- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, hazard recognition, and OSHA standards
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-demand construction environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence field teams
- Ability to work independently and maintain a strong field presence
- Must be willing to work in a remote project location in the Texas Panhandle
- Travel trailer required (owned or rented) for the first 36 months of the project
- A man camp is currently under construction and expected to be available within that timeframe
- Ability to mobilize quickly and commit to a long-term project
