Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, supplier partners, and key stakeholders
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, including SBLOs and Corporate Contract Managers
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts and new customer bases
- Support negotiation and execution of Corporate Purchase Agreements
- Create and execute annual and multi-year account growth plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed data within CRM systems
- Monitor customer communications, ensuring timely quotes and order processing
- Coordinate customer events with supplier partners to increase awareness and sales
- Track customer scorecards and support performance improvement efforts
- Collaborate with OEMs and distributors to provide best-fit solutions
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities to gain or regain market share
- Provide guidance to internal teams supporting account success
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 35 years of sales or account management experience
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong forecasting and data analysis skills
- Experience working with purchasing and contract stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/NetSuite preferred)
- Ability to travel approximately 30%
