What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner Operations Manager position at Catapult Solutions Group?
We’re partnering with a leading organization to find a high-impact operator who can bring structure, ownership, and momentum to a global Partner Management Framework initiative.
This is not a coordination role — it’s for someone who can step in, take the lead, and drive execution with minimal oversight.
What makes this role different:
You’ll act as the central driver of a complex, cross-functional effort to formalize how partners are managed end-to-end — from intake to onboarding, performance, and exit.
You’ll be expected to connect the dots, push timelines, and bring thought leadership, not just follow a playbook.
What you’ll own:
- Driving timelines, deliverables, and overall execution of a Partner Management Framework
- Building and maintaining centralized documentation and process repositories
- Designing partner lifecycle processes (intake → selection → onboarding → performance → exit)
- Acting as a quality gate reviewer across all documentation and workflows
- Partnering with business, operations, compliance, and technical teams
- Helping define automation opportunities (AI/tools) to scale processes
- Bringing structure to ambiguity and ensuring forward momentum across workstreams
We’re specifically looking for someone who:
- Has 10 years in partnerships, vendor management, operations, or program management
- Is a strong project manager who drives timelines without handholding
- Has experience building frameworks, not just executing within them
- Can operate as an independent owner (low guidance, high accountability)
- Brings strong documentation and process design skills
- Has exposure to working with technology teams/systems / automation (e.g., ServiceNow or similar)
- Thinks like an SME and contributes strategically in addition to executing
