Account Executive
Locations
- Hybrid onsite in Charlotte NC OR Plano TX OR Atlanta
Hours of Operation
- 9am-9pm EST, M-F
- Schedules will fall with in this time period. We cannot commit to specific schedules
- Training is a 9 week commitment (4 weeks classroom, 1 week nesting, 4 weeks on the job)
Compensation
- Base Hourly Rate: $24.86
- Commission Bonus: Capped at $1300 per month
Role Summary / Responsibilities
- Be available to consult with small business prospects contacting our company
- Gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s small business operations, needs, challenges and goals
- Recommend the right solutions based on need across the product ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition
- Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach
- Champion the Brand of being Real, Smart, Honest, Committed and Spirited
- Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics
- Partner with FLLs to ensure participation and engagement of the sales teams supported
Notes
- Experience in selling a service – cable, phone, electric, etc. – does not necessarily need to be SaaS experience
- Someone who wants to be in Sales – working to convert shoppers to buyers
- Full cycle selling – Understanding the need to placing the order
- Someone who can handle working in multiple software systems
- Will handle a high volume of calls and/or chats
- Will be working to sell addressing up to 5 different product lines: Payments (Merchant Processing), Payroll, Live Bookkeeping, and Core Product (Desktop and Cloud)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying in a SAAS environment or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years experience understanding of the client management lifecycle and ability to collaborate effectively with pipeline management or equivalent
- Prior sales experience with accounting, ERP, or other financial management software is preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing key sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, Solution, or Sandler is preferred
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce, ChiliPiper is preferred
Worker Expectations
- 3 performance skills checks during training
- Training – 9 weeks total – 4 weeks in classroom 5 hybrid class and floor - 8am-5pm ET training schedule
