We are partnering with a rapidly growing financial services firm to recruit a Senior HR Associate who will play a key role in strengthening HR operations across their Houston, Texas office. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic HR initiatives while ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and refine onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage PTO and holiday tracking systems, delivering accurate reports and actionable insights to leadership.
- Maintain and periodically update the Employee Handbook, ensuring alignment with evolving legal standards and internal policies.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and partnership with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience; leverage Rippling and contribute to continuous improvements in talent acquisition workflows.
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for U.S.-based employees, addressing a wide range of inquiries and supporting HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, or a related role within a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Prior recruiting experience required (either in-house within Talent Acquisition or Generalist HR, or through an agency).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, HR compliance standards, and documentation best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting, with a consistent in-office presence of 4 days per week.
