Compensation
- Base salary plus Performance Bonus
- Bonus is tied to team revenue performance and achievement of monthly budgeted targets

Field Leadership & Coaching:
- Spend the majority of time in the field with Water Heater technicians
- Conduct ride-alongs to observe, coach, and develop selling skills
- Provide real-time feedback on sales calls, presentations, and closing techniques
- Reinforce consistent use of the company’s sales process and tools
- Drive team performance to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
- Improve close rate, average ticket, and add-on sales
- Ensure presentation of multiple options on every opportunity
- Lead and develop a team of technicians who sell and install
- Hold team accountable to sales expectations and customer experience standards
- Identify skill gaps and implement coaching plans
- Ensure all opportunities are documented in ServiceTitan
- Reinforce use of sales tools and consistent in-home sales presentation
- Champion a customer-first mindset
- Support technicians in resolving customer concerns
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a field-based technicians and sellers
- Experience in home services or in-home sales preferred
- Experience managing or coaching field-based teams
- Strong sales coaching ability
- Results-driven and accountable
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
- Team meets or exceeds monthly revenue targets
- Improved close rates, average ticket, and add-on sales
- Strong adoption of sales process and tools
