What You’ll Do
- Deliver expert HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential systems.
- Educate customers on system conditions and guide them through repair or replacement decisions.
- Build and establish relationships and rapport with our clients while providing them with the best solutions for their home comfort systems.
- Provide customers with the correct solutions for their HVAC needs, including repair vs. replace options.
- Identify and generate sales for full system replacements.
- Meet or exceed establish sales goals.
- Sell and perform large-ticket repairs when it’s the right solution for the customer.
- Utilize Service Titan systems to review data and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Provide 5-star customer service and build lasting relationships based on trust and professionalism.
- Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:
- Five plus years of experience servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Skilled at every aspect of diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of HVAC systems
- Mechanical aptitude
- EPA & NATE certified preferred.
- Experience servicing Lennox equipment a plus.
- Ability to take and follow directions from management and can work independently.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work on a regular basis.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds.
- Successfully pass background check and have a valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record pursuant to company standards.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb stairs/ladders.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces including on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights.
- Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold.
