What You’ll Do
- Drive Top Performance by evaluating residential and light commercial HVAC systems and presenting tailored solutions for repair, upgrade, or replacement
- Sell on value—not price by educating customers on energy efficiency, long-term savings, and premium system benefits
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through strong communication, professionalism, and follow-through
- Conduct in-home consultations including needs analysis, system evaluation, and solution design
- Present and close opportunities that improve home comfort, efficiency, and air quality
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
- Perform post-installation quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately document recommendations, estimates, and job details into Service Titan

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Outside sales experience (home installation and repair a plus)
- Open to Lead Generation and acquiring new outside clients.
- Ability to understand numbers and present financing.
- Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with customers and other coworkers.
- Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
- Valid Driver’s License pursuant to company policy
- Computer skills
