Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cookie Division Manager to lead and grow our cookie business. The candidate must have a strong background in selling cookies, deep knowledge of the cookie industry, and proven leadership skills. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing operations, and expanding market presence within the branded cookie division. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with starting from scratch as this would be a new division for our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share. Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed targets.
- Marketing Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our cookie products. Utilize market research and consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and enhance our product portfolio. Oversee the development of new cookie products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market demands and consumer preferences.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Financial Management: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes. Use this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5 Years of Wholesale Cookie Sales Experience: Proven experience in the cookie business, with a focus on sales, marketing, or product development.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving team performance and achieving business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
