Scheduling Full-Time
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Compensation
Pay is based on license and years of experience:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
$32.00 – $34.00/hour- Additional $0.10/hour for each year of experience (up to 20 years)
Registered Nurse (RN)
$38.00 – $40.00/hour- Additional $0.10/hour for each year of experience (up to 20 years)
Responsibilities
- Perform resident assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Certified Nursing Assistants
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Illinois
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
