Compensation

$18.00–$20.00 per hour
Based on experience

• Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Monday–Friday

• On-call availability as needed for maintenance emergencies and facility needs

What You'll Do

As our Maintenance Director, you'll take the lead in keeping our building, equipment, and systems in good working order.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete routine repairs and preventative maintenance

• Troubleshoot general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment issues

• Perform regular facility and safety inspections

• Respond promptly to maintenance concerns

• Coordinate vendors and contractors when needed

• Maintain maintenance records, supplies, and equipment

• Help ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors

• Respond to emergency maintenance needs as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance experience required

• Healthcare or long-term care maintenance experience is a plus

• General knowledge of building repairs and preventative maintenance

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated

• Ability to prioritize and work independently

• Willingness to participate in on-call responsibilities
