Our medium-sized skilled nursing facility in Decatur, Illinois provides both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services in a warm, welcoming, and resident-focused environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time RN or LPN for Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) to join our growing clinical team.

Compensation

• LPN: $33.00/hour
• RN: $38.00/hour
• Night Shift Differential: $3.00/hour
• Weekend Differential: $2.00/hour

Schedule

• Full-Time Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Perform assessments and monitor changes in resident condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Lead and support CNA staff in daily care activities
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment
