Key Duties: Administer aerosolized medications, manage ventilators, perform arterial blood gas analysis, assist with invasive/non-invasive procedures, and ensure patient safety through accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with at least 20 quarter hours of science; Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s preferred. Certifications include NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP. 0-2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care. Skills include strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and computer proficiency.
