What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel Surgical Technologist - Full-Time position at CARIN Alliance?
We are seeking a CVOR Technologist to join a dynamic healthcare team.
In this role, you will scrub for a variety of complex cardiovascular surgeries, including open hearts, CABG, valve repairs, thoracotomies, VATS, AAA, carotids, robotic cases, ECMO, and Impella procedures.
Key responsibilities include assisting with surgeries, ensuring patient safety, and cross-training into general OR cases when needed.
Qualifications include at least 2 years of CVOR experience, certifications such as BLS, CST or NCCT, and ND UAP. Willingness to float to other OR specialties and cross-train is essential.
Skills required are scrubbing expertise, adaptability, and ability to work in a family-oriented department.
Additional duties involve working with a team led by charge nurses and managers, participating in call rotations, and maintaining flexibility for on-call and holiday work.
