Qualifications & Skills
- Successful completion of CNA training and Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification
- CPR/BLS certification within 30 days
- Experience in long-term care or hospital settings preferred
- Completion of specific training programs (Caring Reliably, Culinary, ServSafe, Dining Assistance) within four months of hire
- Assist with patient care activities as delegated by RN
- Maintain a safe, hazard-free environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and patients
- Support the overall mission of accessible, compassionate care
- Full-time role with variable shifts
- Base pay ranges from $21.05 to $31.54 per hour, with potential extra compensation
