Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Float Pool

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care across various ICU units, including Cardiovascular, Neuro, Surgical, and Medical ICUs, with occasional coverage of step-down or progressive units.

Responsibilities Include

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality critical care
  • Flexibly float between units, adapting to different patient needs and schedules
  • Maintaining clinical excellence and adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications And Skills Required

  • BSN or commitment to obtain within three years of hire
  • Minimum of two years ICU experience
  • Current BLS certification
  • ACLS certification within six months of hire
