- Maintain sterilization and cleanliness of treatment areas, sterilize instruments, and manage dental equipment maintenance.
- Handle inventory, ensure treatment rooms are stocked, and assist in office operations like answering phones and administrative tasks.
- Participate actively in team meetings and promote a collaborative work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; dental assisting certification or experience preferred.
- Knowledge of dental radiology, OSHA standards, and dental software.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
