The Product Manager will lead initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring solutions are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
Location: Hybrid – based in the Dane County, Wisconsin area (Madison/DeForest), with the ability to be onsite at least one day per week (more frequently if desired).

What You'll Do
- Identify opportunities for new proprietary products that support modern learning environments
- Translate customer insights into product concepts, requirements, and roadmaps
- Develop product briefs, business cases, and go-to-market strategies
- Lead products through design, development, sourcing, and launch phases
- Manage assigned product lines, including performance tracking and lifecycle planning
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decisions
- Partner with engineering, design, sourcing, operations, marketing, and sales teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert for product knowledge and strategy
- Support product launches with training, materials, and cross-functional alignment
- Review prototypes and production samples to ensure quality and usability
- 5 years of experience in product management, category management, or new product development
- Proven ability to lead products from concept through launch
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Comfort operating in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field
