Carex is partnering with a rapidly growing Epic Consulting staff aug company to identify an experienced EHR Recruiter for a 6-month contract engagement with the potential to transition into a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting efforts supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) and healthcare technology initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare IT recruiting experience, a consultative approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay rate: $55 /hr

Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for EHR, healthcare IT, and related technical and operational roles
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, timelines, and candidate requirements
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top EHR and healthcare technology talent
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical skills and organizational fit
• Coordinate and manage interview processes, candidate communication, and offer negotiations
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Support recruiting initiatives related to EHR implementations, optimizations, upgrades, and support functions
  
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 6 years of recruiting experience with a focus on EHR roles
• Experience recruiting for positions related to Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, or other EHR platforms
• Strong understanding of healthcare technology environments and recruiting best practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience working in contract staffing or consulting environments is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
