This is a role for someone energized by opening doors, building trust with senior technical leaders, and creating new opportunities to grow our business.i3 works with more than 200 OEM customers across medical, agriculture, industrial, consumer, health and wellness, and recreation industries. The right candidate will see not just a job, but a platform to leverage strong brand credibility, technical depth, and meaningful access into target accounts to drive new growth.WHAT YOU'LL DOIdentify, pursue, and close new opportunities with target OEM clientsDevelop and execute strategic account plans focused on long-term growthExpand pipeline beyond referral and partnership-driven opportunitiesLeverage existing relationships and build new executive-level connectionsOwn the sales cycle from first conversation through signed agreementServe as a Strategic PartnerEngage and connect with heads of engineering, R&D leaders, and product teams to understand technical and business challengesTranslate complex engineering services into clear, compelling value propositionsCollaborate with engineering and design teams to shape winning proposalsRepresent i3 and Helios with credibility, professionalism, and insightStrengthen the Sales ProcessWork with our Business Development team to improve pipeline management, scheduling discipline, and communication standardsTogether with Business Development and our Senior Leadership team, identify and implement opportunities to improve our sales and business operations*QUALIFICATIONSTen or more years of experience in consultative B2B salesExperience selling engineering services, product development, DFMA, contract manufacturing, or related technical servicesSomeone genuinely energized by building long-term relationships with customers*Demonstrated success selling to VP of Engineering, R&D, or senior technical decision makersStrong technical fluency with the ability to speak beyond surface level about product developmentRelentless pursuit of new opportunities combined with high emotional intelligenceAbility to read a room, understand stakeholder dynamics, and adjust approach accordinglyProven ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline independentlyInterest in helping build stronger sales processes and enablement toolsNice to HaveExisting network within target markets: medical, agriculture, industrial, recreational, or consumer product sectorsFamiliarity with Helios or similar vertically integrated engineering and manufacturing ecosystemsExperience leading account strategy across multi service offeringsWHY i3At i3, sales is not transactional. Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
