What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Manager position at Expert Technology Services?
Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Customer Master Data Management (MDM) platform (Reltio) and related customer data products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to define and prioritize customer master use cases (e.g., customer identity, golden record, hierarchy/relationships, data quality).
- Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive prioritization decisions based on value, risk, dependencies, and feasibility; clearly communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Enable API-first customer data capabilities by defining API requirements, understanding consumer needs, and specifying integration patterns.
- Work closely with data engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to support implementation, release planning, and agile, iterative delivery.
- Ensure products comply with data governance practices and privacy/PII considerations.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across multiple teams.
- (Preferred) Bring experience in the insurance or similarly regulated industries, with prior exposure to Customer MDM platforms, especially Reltio.
- (Preferred) Possess experience working in large-scale enterprise data ecosystems and integrating with downstream analytical/operational systems.
