Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager in Madison, WI.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Customer MDM platform (Reltio) and related customer data products
- Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to define customer master use cases (e.g., customer identity, golden record, hierarchy/relationships, data quality)
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Drive prioritization decisions using value, risk, dependencies, and feasibility; Communicate tradeoffs clearly
- Enable and influence API-first customer data capabilities (defining API requirements, consumer needs, and integration patterns)
- Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to support implementation, release planning, and iterative delivery (Agile)
- 8-10 years of experience in Product Management (or closely related experience leading digital/data products end-to-end)
- Hands-on experience delivering products involving customer data (e.g., customer identity, master data, data quality, customer 360)
- Experience with data products, APIs, and platform-style product ownership
- Familiarity with data governance practices and privacy/PII considerations
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and ability to drive alignment across multiple teams
- Experience in the insurance industry (or similarly regulated industry)
- Prior experience with Customer MDM platforms; Reltio experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise data ecosystems and integrating with downstream analytical/operational systems
