- Support construction management by analyzing and consolidating data for capital planning and business decisions.
- Work across multiple systems to generate reports, dashboards, and KPI insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors on safety and performance metrics.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
- Analyze data from Safety Culture for construction/restoration reporting.
- Track contractor performance, safety metrics, and job components.
- Support invoice/accounting data entry and work package tracking.
- Assist Resource Planning with stakeholder reporting needs.Required Skills:
- Strong Excel and computer/software skills.
- Good organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Critical thinking and ability to assess business objectives and cost-benefit impacts.
