Lead Technical Analyst (Oracle HCM Payroll)
About the Role
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), and will be onsite in Hollywood for the first several months, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule later in the year.
Candidates must have experience with Oracle HCM Payroll. We are currently going through an Oracle HCM implementation, and we are looking for someone with strong Oracle and ERP implementation experience on the payroll side.
Position Summary
The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing functional and technical support expertise in the planning, coordination, and execution of payroll activities related to the implementation of enterprise HCM / ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, UKG, Infor, etc.).
This role acts as a strategic partner to Payroll, HR, IT, and other business units, ensuring that system configurations and process designs meet organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Additionally, the incumbent serves as a subject matter expert responsible for:
- Ensuring data integrity
- Testing system changes
- Report writing
- Analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Human Resources, or related field is required
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience working with centralized automated payroll processing systems or similarly related financial accounting field is required
- Any equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience will be considered
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience with ERP implementations, especially:
- Oracle / Lawson solutions
- UKG Time-Keeping systems
- American Payroll Association (APA) certification is desirable
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Oracle and ERP implementation experience on the payroll side
- Knowledge of SQL is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel/spreadsheets
- Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Payroll processors or payroll specialists without system experience
- HRIS users without Oracle HCM exposure
- Workday-only professionals
Compensation
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $105,000
