Our client, an education management company, is looking for a Temp to Perm Recruiter to join their New York team! The ideal candidate will be excited and eager about the opportunity.
This role will start asap and will be ongoing with the potential to go permanent down the line.
Hours: 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:
- Conduct 8β10 candidate interviews daily while maintaining a strong focus on exceeding daily metrics and KPIs.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle from resume review through offer acceptance.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs.
- Proactively source and engage candidates daily using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and other sourcing tools.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines aligned with hiring goals.
- Craft personalized outreach messages to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to refine sourcing strategies and prioritize searches.
- Track candidate activity and sourcing efforts in recruiting systems.
- Support hiring efforts tied to market expansion and new geographic growth.
- Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters and sourcers to support shared hiring goals and celebrate team successes.
Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of recruiting/sourcing experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience using an ATS
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities; a collaborative nature
