We are partnering with a boutique real estate investment and development firm with a highly regarded portfolio of commercial (retail) and residential assets across Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track tenant rent payments across multiple properties
- Prepare financial statements and lender reporting
- Maintain accurate and well-organized accounting records tied to property operations
- Support lease-related accounting and tenant activity
- Work within existing reporting structures while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Utilize Yardi for property accounting and financial tracking
- Partner closely with ownership on financial reporting and operational needs
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Real estate or property accounting experience strongly preferred
- Yardi experience preferred
- High level of attention to detail and accountability
- Comfortable operating in a small, hands-on office environment
- Seeking a long-term role with stability and ownership
- Bachelors degree
